Understanding what EFTPOS is helps highlight why it has become an essential part of modern payment systems. It offers a fast, secure, and reliable way to handle everyday transactions, reducing the need for cash while improving efficiency for both businesses and customers. With payments processed in seconds, it helps streamline operations and create a smoother checkout experience.
As technology continues to evolve, these systems now support features like contactless and mobile payments, making transactions even more convenient and flexible.
